The 5cm Large Rectangle Photo Grid can attach to any 80x120cm Recessed Softboxes that has a velcro-lined edge. The large rectangular softboxes are ideal for lighting medium- to large products and full-length body shots of a single subject.

Light Spill Prevention

This honeycomb grid (also known as an egg-crate) attaches to any recessed softbox that has a Velcro-lined edge. They are used to restrict the spread of light, preventing light from spilling onto areas that you dont want light to fall, such as on the background when you are shooting a low-key image.

Durable & Portable 

This 5cm rectangle photo grid is made from a strong, durable fabric allowing it to be collapsed and folded when not in use for pain-free storage and transportation.

Lens Flare Reduction

The rectangle photo grid is especially useful for preventing you from getting lens flare when you are backlighting or rim lighting your subject. 

Top Tip

As with all honeycomb grids, there is a slight loss of light compared to the softbox without a honeycomb fitted. There is also a slight loss of softness since the spread of light is being restricted. However, both of these issues can be rectified by moving your softbox slightly closer to your subject, if possible, this will compensate for the light loss, and also make the apparent size of your light bigger, which makes your light softer.
