How the kit works

2x Godox AD200Pro II 200Ws Battery Flashes

The AD200Pro II combines 200Ws of flash power with a compact rechargeable battery-powered body, giving photographers more freedom to position their lights without needing a mains socket beside each stand. Each unit offers a 10-stop output range from 1/1 to 1/512, adjustable in 0.1-stop increments. This fine level of control is useful when balancing two lights or making smaller adjustments to a carefully established portrait setup.

Recycle times range from approximately 0.01 to 1.8 seconds, while the supplied 14.4V 2900mAh lithium battery provides approximately 500 full-power flashes per charge. Each AD200Pro II is supplied with both the H200 II Speedlite-style Fresnel head and H200J II bare-bulb head, giving the system additional flexibility beyond this particular softbox configuration.

2x PiXAPRO 90cm Octagonal Easy-Open Softboxes with Grids

Each softbox uses two layers of diffusion, helping to soften the flash and reduce harsh shadows. Their octagonal shape also produces rounded catchlights when positioned appropriately for portraits. For situations where the light needs to be kept away from the background or neighbouring areas of the scene, the supplied 40mm honeycomb grids narrow the spread and provide greater spill control.

2x Godox S3 Bowens S-Type Flash Brackets

The S3 brackets provide the connection between the compact AD200Pro II flashes, the light stands and the Bowens S-Type softboxes. Each bracket features a Bowens S-Type fitting, a standard 5/8-inch stand mount and a stepless tilting mechanism. This allows the complete light and modifier assembly to be angled as required rather than remaining fixed horizontally.

2x PiXAPRO 190cm Standard Light Stands

They extend to a maximum height of 190cm and fold to approximately 49cm, making them easier to transport and store between sessions. Each stand has a maximum stated load capacity of 3kg and uses a standard 5/8-inch spigot with 1/4-inch thread.
