Five Different Reflective Surfaces

The Godox RFT-07-80120 photography studio reflector features five reflective surfaces (silver, white, wavy/soft gold, black, and translucent white), each of which has a different effect on the light it reflects, which opens up a multitude of creative possibilities.

Silver Surface

The silver surface produces the brightest reflection of all five surfaces, with the greatest amount of specularity. Perfect for situations where you want to bounce light into the shadows with that extra bit of sparkle.

White Surface:

The white surface produces a more diffused, natural-looking fill. Ideal for bouncing a soft, subtle fill lighting into the shadows for more natural-looking results.

Wavy/Soft Gold Surface:

The Wavy/Soft Gold Surface produces a quality of light similar to that of the silver surface but with a subtle warming effect. Perfect for filling in the shadows in environments where the ambient lighting has a warmer tone, such as a sunset etc.

Black Surface:

The central translucent white surface is designed to be placed in between your light source and your subject to diffuse harsh light sources.
