Omnidirectional Lighting

When combined with the AD-FT200J Flash Tube (available separately), the H200JII bare bulb flash head produces omnidirectional lighting, making it perfect for use inside light modifiers. Since the light from the flash tube emanates in all directions, it fills the modifier more evenly, reducing hotspots. It is also better for use with beauty dishes, as more directional lighting can sometimes result in undesirable shadows being cast by the deflector dish.

Bi-Colour LED Modelling Lamp

The Godox H200J II features a built-in bi-colour LED modelling lamp, featuring adjustable brightness and variable colour temperatures. It can produce illumination up to 1400 lux in brightness at 1 meter, enabling you to pre-visualize your lighting setups more easily. They can even be used as a portable LED light for continuous fill. In Prop mode, the modelling lamp's brightness proportionally matches the flash output, giving you a better idea of lighting ratios. This spare flash head supports up to 5.5 hours of continuous light.
