The PiXAPRO 3m (9.8ft) Metal Crossbar Tube is designed for use with studio backgrounds that come on a roll with a cardboard core, such as Seamless paper backdrops, canvas backdrops, vinyl backdrops, etc. It is designed to support the background throughout the length of the roll, preventing the core from sagging in the middle. The crossbar comes in three sections, enabling you to add or remove sections for various lengths of backgrounds. This kit is perfect for photographers or cinematographers, and studio owners who like to leave their backgrounds up permanently or for long periods.

One of the major issues of leaving studio backdrops that have a cardboard core up for long periods is that they can start to sag since nothing is supporting the backdrop in the centre. PLEASE NOTE:  If the crossbar tube is a little smaller than your cardboard background cores, you can insert an o-ring in between the metal tube and the cardboard tube at each end, and it will grip perfectly.
